For the manufacture of the panels and installation, we supply detailed material lists with all relevant indications such as brand, quality, test specifications, etc., as well as I / 0 lists with all specifications for programming complete with programming and commissioning. After the machine has been started up and / or put into operation, all documentation and revision data are processed in a specific service manual. Our engineers are pragmatic, collaborative, flexible and creative. They are familiar with various drawing programs and make use of the very latest developments in software and hardware. In addition, they have the necessary experience, which means that more than once an innovative method or special solution is developed. We can also transfer existing electrical diagrams to CAD. Whether the final installations are simple or very complex, the ultimate success of automation is determined by good analysis and a well thought-out design, in which user-friendliness and safety are very important elements.

Technical "Design"

In the field of production line controls and process automation, we provide clear and well thought-out control panels complete with design and assembly.

Our control panels are designed and built to customer specifications. The customer has the choice to use our usual brands, which have very specific knowledge in house or, if desired, to use the brands that are used by the customer as standard, so that no new stock of spare parts is created. For efficiency reasons, we build these panels in-house. This has the advantage that the construction of the panels runs parallel to the development of the control software, so that we can directly test the functionality and "performance" of the panels in practice. All our power distributors and process control cabinets are built according to the low voltage and EMC guidelines and of course comply with the CE standard. Naturally, this efficient way of working saves a lot of time and therefore money.
